Pressure is only one part of the process. The safest, most effective approach depends on the surface, its condition, and the type of dirt or organic growth present.

Siding and many painted or delicate exterior surfaces are generally cleaned with a low-pressure application and rinse. The cleaning solution does most of the work. This approach is commonly called soft washing.

Concrete and other durable hardscapes may need carefully controlled pressure, appropriate tips, or a surface cleaner. We adjust distance, flow, and technique for the material instead of treating every surface the same.

Before cleaning, we identify nearby landscaping and sensitive areas. When appropriate, plants are pre-wet, kept rinsed during the work, and given a final rinse while runoff and overspray are managed as carefully as practical.

These are real photographs from our equipment-testing day on family property. No stock transformations and no digitally fabricated cleaning results.
Years of tracked-in grime and surface staining were cleaned during our first full equipment test.

Think home style: ranch, split-level, two-story, or unusually large/complex.
Think garage bays: about one, two, or three cars wide—or oversized/extra-long.
A 12′ × 16′ patio is about 192 sq. ft.; a 20′ × 20′ patio is about 400 sq. ft.
Use the closest area tier. Multi-level decks, stairs, unusual materials, and substantial fencing may require review.
Choose the option that looks closest. We’ll review your property and confirm the price before your appointment. If anything changes the scope, we’ll discuss it before additional work is performed.
Services keep their standard prices; the appropriate discount is applied after review.

Golden Touch Exterior Cleaning was founded in 2026 by Nick Maneely, a Walworth resident with years of hands-on experience soft washing, pressure washing, and surface cleaning on his own property and for others. Nick turned that experience into a family-owned business built to deliver exceptional customer service and quality results.
Nick lives in Walworth with his family and Archie, their golden retriever and the heart of the Golden Touch brand.
Archie is friendly, strong, confident, and compassionate—qualities that capture how Golden Touch wants every customer to feel when welcoming us onto their property.
Nick’s son, Teddy, is interested in learning how hard work can create opportunity and how a business is built. He is also considering a future in the trades after high school. Golden Touch gives him a chance to explore different avenues of the trades and entrepreneurship while seeing firsthand what it takes to deliver exceptional customer service and a quality finished product.
At the end of the day, Golden Touch is about building something the whole family—and every customer—can be proud of.
